Treasure

I wanted to take a really long walk today, so I decided to walk to Central Park...

There, I came upon a wardrobe.

The door swung open, and I surmised that it must be a magic wardrobe! Of course, I stepped inside...

...and climbed a shrinking stone staircase...

.. and found myself in the enchanted forest, where a signpost listed the options available to travellers...

I chose the path to "Deadman Avenue" and followed the river which, according to legend, led to an Evil Wizard's Castle...

I cautiously crossed the Bridge of Death...

... and found a half-buried sleeper which revealed the route of the Wizard's evil rail line...

As I approached the castle, a black beast, probably Satan's helper, guarded mounds of Earth, which doubtless marked the graves of those unfortunate souls who had ventured this way before...

I dared not look upon the Evil Wizard's Castle, but as I averted my eyes I saw that the the wall of the castle had been destroyed by an unknown force.

Inside the castle wall, my efforts were rewarded when I discovered a rusty old treasure chest.

The chest was too heavy for me to carry back to Riverview. So I made a map on an old piece of tree-bark so that I might find it again...

Then I went home and took my medication.
