The renovation of the balcony at Epitome is now complete, and we tested it extensively this weekend. The plastic walls were installed a few days ago. Now, with a roof and walls we are protected against the elements while we lazily sip our coffee.

We can now sit 'outside' without being outside on cold/windy days |
The rain gardens have now been lined with concrete and one of them has a drain installed. This appears to be to allow the rain garden to fill with water, but not to overflow.
